How do I place an order?
Browse the website for inspiration, cake sizes, and starting prices. When you’re ready, reach out via Instagram DM or email at niv.witherwhisk@gmail.com. All orders are handled personally so we can create something truly custom for your celebration.
Do you offer online ordering or checkout?
I don’t offer online checkout. Every cake and dessert is custom designed, and orders are placed directly to ensure a personalized experience from first conversation to final design.
How far in advance should I book?
Small celebration orders typically require 1–2 weeks’ lead time. Wedding orders require a minimum of 1 month’s lead time to allow for proper planning and design. Dates are limited and bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. For orders over $200, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to pickup or delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is available by arrangement. Delivery and on-site setup may be available for weddings and events for an additional fee, depending on location and order size.
What areas do you serve?
I serve the Grey Bruce and surrounding areas as well as the GTA, with delivery available for weddings and events within the surrounding area.
Do you offer wedding tastings?
Tastings are available (additional fees will apply) for wedding orders once a date is confirmed and a deposit has been received. Details will be shared during the booking process.
Can you recreate a design exactly from a photo?
Each cake is inspired by your vision and my signature style. While I don’t create exact replicas, I’m happy to design something unique that captures the look and feel you love.
Do you work with fondant?
My work focuses on buttercream cakes and cupcakes, with fondant accents used selectively when requested. At this time, I do not offer fully fondant-covered cakes or sheet cakes.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
While I do my best to accommodate dietary preferences, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please share any concerns when inquiring. I do offer vegan and eggless options.
When is my date officially reserved?
Your date is secured once your deposit is received. Until then, availability cannot be guaranteed.
How does florals, delivery and setup work?
Delivery and setup can be arranged depending on your event location, with fees based on distance. Florals may be added upon request or supplied by your florist. Cake stands, toppers, and other décor are usually provided by the customer.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Minor changes may be accommodated depending on timing and availability. Any changes should be communicated as early as possible. Additional fees can apply depending on the nature and complexity of the requested change.
