Meet the Baker

Hi! I’m Niv, a baker, creative baking instructor, and the creator behind @niv.witherwhisk. I specialize in beautifully crafted cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and hands-on baking workshops that bring people together through food and fun!

After a whirlwind experience on The Great Canadian Baking Show in 2023, I realized how much joy I find in sharing my passion for baking with others. Based in Port Elgin, Ontario,- I run a home bakery and also travel across the GTA offering workshops for families, schools, and events.

I don’t offer online ordering because every order is custom and handled personally, from first conversation to final design.

Lead times:
Small celebration orders typically require 1–2 weeks’ lead time.
Wedding orders require a minimum of 1 month’s lead time.

Deposits:
For orders over $200, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

I offer customized baking and decorating workshops for small groups, special events for both adults and children. All classes are tailored to your group and include supplies, instruction, and setup.
