Hi, I’m Niv.
For me, baking has always been about more than just flour and sugar...it’s the ultimate expression of gratitude. After my journey on The Great Canadian Baking Show (Season 7), I realized my true passion wasn't just creating the perfect bake, but sharing the joy of the process with others.
Whether I’m designing a bespoke wedding cake in Port Elgin or traveling across the GTA to lead a hands-on workshop, my goal is the same: to bring people together through food, fun, and a little bit of flour. From delicate macarons to buttercream mastery, I’m here to help you celebrate your biggest moments and give you the confidence to bake your own!

Take your time browsing the website for inspiration, cake sizes, and starting prices. When you’re ready, send me a message on Instagram or e-mail niv.witherwhisk@gmail.com and I’ll guide you through the rest.
I don’t offer online ordering because every order is custom and handled personally, from first conversation to final design.
Lead times:
Small celebration orders typically require 1–2 weeks’ lead time.
Wedding orders require a minimum of 1 month’s lead time.
Deposits:
For orders over $200, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

or Classes
I offer customized baking and decorating workshops for small groups, special events for both adults and children. All classes are tailored to your group and include supplies, instruction, and setup.
